Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orders will be processed within 4 business days. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in Canada and the province of Quebec. In case of exceptions, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that the order must be paid in full before we can process and ship it.

PO Box addresses cannot be supported.

Packages do not require a signature upon delivery.

Our delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on public holidays, possible carrier delivery issues, destination, product availability, and other influences (such as extreme weather conditions) that are beyond Valnardi's control.

No shipments take place on the following holidays:

• during the holiday season (dates vary)
• Good Friday and Easter Monday
• the Monday before May 25 (National Patriots' Day)
• June 24 (Quebec National Day)
• July 1; if this date falls on a Sunday, July 2 (Canada Day)
• the first Monday in September (Labour Day)
• the second Monday in October (Thanksgiving)

For an indefinite period, Valnardi is offering a free shipping promotion in Canada with no minimum purchase, except for the following territories: Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories.

In the event of a stock shortage, if an ordered product is not available for delivery, we will inform the customer and offer them one of the following three options:

• Receive only the available items and get credit for the missing products;
• Replace the out-of-stock item with an equivalent product;
• Cancel the order.

Valnardi cannot be held responsible for any losses or inconveniences related to a stock shortage.
