Shipping and Refund Policy

Orders will be processed within 4 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in Canada and statutory holidays in the province of Quebec. In the event of an exception, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that the order must be paid in full before it can be processed and shipped.

P.O. box addresses cannot be accommodated.

Packages do not require a signature upon delivery.

Our delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on holidays, potential carrier delays or delivery issues, destination, product availability, and other factors (such as extreme weather conditions) beyond Valnardi’s control.

No shipments are made on the following holidays:

• During the holiday season (dates vary)
• Good Friday and Easter Monday
• The Monday preceding May 25 (National Patriots’ Day)
• June 24 (Quebec’s National Holiday)
• July 1; if July 1 falls on a Sunday, July 2 (Canada Day)
• The first Monday of September (Labour Day)
• The second Monday of October (Thanksgiving)

For an indefinite period, Valnardi offers free shipping within Canada with no minimum purchase, excluding the following territories: Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the event that a product included in an order is out of stock and unavailable for delivery, we will notify the customer and offer one of the following three options:

• Receive only the available items and receive a credit for the missing products;
• Replace the out-of-stock item with an equivalent product;
• Cancel the order.

Valnardi shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for any losses or inconvenience resulting from an out-of-stock item.

Refund Policy — 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Valnardi purchase, you may return the purchased products within thirty (30) days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please also note that all promotional products, including free samples and free products, must also be returned. We will refund the amount of your order to your account. To return an order to the sender, please send the product(s) in question by Canada Post to the following address:

Unopened and Unused Products

In order to return merchandise to Valnardi, please follow these simple steps:

1. Pack the items with a copy of your invoice.
2. Returns must be prepaid. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest returning by Canada Post.

To be refunded for your purchase in the event of a return, you must include any FREE product or gift offered with your purchase that comes with your order.

The refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the return. We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and record the refund as well. You will receive an email when the refund is completed.
